Creating a baseline

To create a baseline:

  1. View the vault at the moment in time for which you want to create the baseline.
  2. Click Baselines on the Vault menu. The Baselines dialog box appears.
  3. Click the New button . A new baseline is added to the list.
  4. Type a name for the baseline and press Type.
  5. Click Close.

You can now view this baseline at any time by selecting it either in the Baselines dialog or from the list shown by clicking the context button on the context bar.
